Reporting a problem with an app

Including the following helps us find the cause. We use every report to improve our apps, but we cannot always respond to each problem individually.

The model name of your device and its Android version
The version of the app (shown in the app settings and on the app page in Google Play)
What you did and what happened (a screenshot helps, if you can)
