SenseExiter Form Privacy Policy

TAKKYU DATA KENKYUJO, K.K. (the "Company") sets out below how information is handled in SenseExiter Form (the "App"), an application for Android. The App is not intended for people under the age of 13.
1. Information we collect
The Company does not collect any personal or other information about users through the App and does not provide any to third parties. The App has no function that sends information for usage analytics, crash reporting or advertising.
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores videos you record or import, information you add to videos (player names, techniques, racket side, recording dates, keywords, positions of the moment of impact, etc.) and URLs of YouTube videos you register only on your device. The camera and microphone are used only to record videos. This information stays on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App, and it is not carried over when you change devices.
Videos you export or share are outside the App's control. You are responsible for handling videos that show other people, and you must obtain their consent before sharing such videos.
3. YouTube API Services
The App uses YouTube API Services (the embedded player) to play YouTube videos. When you play a video or show a thumbnail, your device communicates with YouTube (Google LLC), and YouTube may collect information using cookies and similar technologies. That information is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. For the information obtained and the purposes for which it is used (including ad delivery), see Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services". Cookies and temporary data of the YouTube player may remain in the App's storage on your device. The Company does not read them. They are erased when you clear the App's data in the device settings or uninstall the App. If you do not use YouTube videos, the App does not communicate with YouTube.

When this policy is revised, the revised policy and its effective date will be posted on this page.
